RESERVING YOUR CLASS
1. Sign Up to create an account
2. Select and purchase one of the following packages
Single Class, 5 Class package or 10 Class package
3. Select SINGLE CLASS, select date & time. If you have a package enter your package code to redeem your class
4. Enjoy the nurturing benefits of Nurture Pilates & Wellness
All classes and packages can be used towards our
Pre & Postnatal Pilates, Private Studio Pilates and Pilates for Dancers sessions.
Procedures and policies
CANCELLATION
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
No shows and late cancels (cancelations made after the 24 hour window) will forfeit that session.
PILATES PACKAGE EXPIRY
Single sessions expire after 1 month
5 class packages expire after 90 days
10 class packages expire after 6 months
*packages purchased during the clientele week expire May 21st, 2025
MINORS (18 years or younger)
If you are a minor, we will email you a consent form to be filled out by your guardian, printed and brought to your first appointment.
ILLNESS
Please stay home if you are sick and if you are unsure please do an online assessment.
