Prenatal pilates is a a wonderful way for you to connect to your breath, body and baby in a safe and supportive way. This class is specific to pregnancy and has modifications for each trimester.
Postnatal pilates is an amazing way to reconnect to your posture, core and pelvic floor muscles.
This class will begin with a brief intake going over your goals and intentions followed by an assessment and a plan to get you there.
The studio space has a variety of equipment including a pilates reformer, pilates tower, mat space, ballet barre and a variety of complimenting accessories.
